    Default Simple Question about Apple Store Pre-orders

    For those of you who pre-ordered the iPhone4 from Apple...

    What time on the 15th was it available for pre-order? Were they available at midnight, or did it happen during normal business hours?

    I am just curious, as I am hoping Apple Canada offers pre-order some time soon and I want to know if I should be refreshing my browser until 2AM, or just wait until the morning.

    Let me know if you recall when pre-ordering was available.
