Can I use the Iphone 4's Sim card on the Ipad?

If your iipad is jailbroken, yes.

Actually the iPad doesn't need to be jailbroken.

Go into the APN settings tab an change the APN to 'phone'. You might have to do this while a SIM isn't inside.

all I had to do is type in phone...
and stick the sim in...works perfectly...
Now, to decide if I want the inconvenience or not!
