I don't know about a code but I know a lot of people will just call when they get their bill and ask them to waive it. Just say youve been with AT&T for how long, and pay how much a month, and you're charging me to activate my own phone on itunes?
Have they released the jailbreak in the app store yet?

Well I haven't been under contract with them for about 2 years but before that I was a loyal customer of them for about 5 years.

Will they wave the activation fee if I order from apple instead of att?
