Just a quick question. Does ATT need to physically handle my phone to port a new number to it?
Current 3G is jailbroken only for the use of mywi. Going on vaca next month and mywi is a must for use with my netbook. Everything is working perfect right now and don't want to risk screwing it up by unjailbreaking and trying to jailbreak and get everything working again. Would like to buy a new 4 if I can find one in the next week or so, switch my current # to the new phone and give this phone to my daughter. Just wondering if they can do the number porting all electronically if I "accidentally" left my 3G at home so they don't mess anything up.
