Are they suppose to pro-rate your final bill? I canceled it the day after my new billing cycle started, doesn't seem right to be charged a full month when I haven't even used that phone at all since the billing cycle started, anyone have any experience dealing with this? I'm really thinking of canceling my other iPhone line too and just switching to another company if this is the way they conduct business
Well I don't know for sure if this is standard practice but it seems about right. I'm sure they're thinking why would they cadre to you if you're leaving them?
