Has there been AT&T 3G problems in Los Angeles??

My iPhone has full 5 bars and 3G sign, but cannot get to the Internet.

I thought it was hardware, but just got another phone from apple and havin the same issues.

Been over 5 days now...got a new iPhone on Saturday and still having problems. I gave AT&T the benefit of the doubt, but even with the new phone...same issues! I don't think my luck is this bad!

AT&T needs to get the s#$% together!

this is driving me batty...

Hopefully they are upgrade to HSPA 7.2 and when the network gets up again, we will be dl @ 14 mbs. Being an optimist...but I highly doubt it. I have a support ticket open for the issue with ATT.
