    Default Small AT&T Plan with iphone?

    Hi,
    my mom has a Motorola Razor and the $39 AT&T Plan. No web, no nothing.
    I have an iphone leftover.

    If I give the iphone to my mom, can AT&T force the big ($99) iphone plan on her, if she just wants a phone and no web etc.?

    YES, they will, even if I just pop in the SIM Card, the system will detect the iphone after a while and upgrade the plan automatically.
