Iphone fixes Data plan to $30 a month instead of $10

My father-in-law canceld the data plan all together he decided that he didn't need internet that bad but he did loose his mms he can get text but no phot's or video's

Yea, I found that the only way to avoid paying $30 is to compeletly remove Internet data and block data. My freind did just that. He only use wifi. For me, I need my data. Anyone know a cheap hot spot or wifi service that is cheaper then $30 month?

Guys, the "imei" let's AT&T and tmobile u got an iPhone period. Wifi hotspots are almost everywhere so no need for a data plan. Some popular fast food joints have free wifi and bookstores and malls. My 2 cents.
