Using home wifi and not AT&T's wifi
Im wondering how i could use Cydia.
I have an ATT sim card on my iphone and i dont pay for wifi, nor do i want to.
I just finished unlocking my iphone and i used redsn0w 0.9.2

I think he has the two confused

Well, WiFi is not the same as 3G.
Welcome to the forums. There are a few methods to attempt to get out of the $30 data plan, but none are guaranteed. AT&T has bots (computers) that constanlty audit accounts. And unless you have a first gen iPhone with a spoofed IMEI, you cannot hide that you have an iPhone 3G or 3G[s], and they will automatically add the $30 data plan to your account. Unfortunately, it is in the TOS. Sorry for the disappointment.
