You are not on the official iPhone plan are you? I'm not and I have the same problem...this may not be the problem but its the only reason ive ever see that before...to get visual voicemail you have to purchase a legit AT&T iPhone plan......if this isn't the problem and you are on AT&T's plan you could bring it in maybe to AT&T and see if they could fix it....

No problem...unfortunately ive never seen a way to get that without the official one...it'd be awesome if you could cause I'd love that feature too haha
