I've searched and found no help. My MMS doesn't work, apple says to restore under a new phone rather than use my old phones back up, i don't want to do that. Here's the sum up of what i think happened.

I had a 3G that i was using with T-Mobile. the back up backed up my carrier settings, so when i restored to my back up with my new 3GS with at&t (yes i switched carriers), i overwrote the at&t settings with the old Tmobile settings. What do I do to fix this as I have found no fix and everything still causes the fail.

P.S. I fixed it before, i just don't remember how, when i gained access to my carrier settings, it showed that i was right, tmobile settings. However my phone freaked out in a way i can't even explain, a few hours later (which i assume is unrelated), and i had to restore the phone again when i got home.
