OK What i did first is install MYWi from rock with. after playing around with mywi i found out on the bottem is say use USB Blutooth on its settings. after that let it respring then go to settings network then u will see that it is there but after it works u find out that u cant send PIC it stops at 90% so to first that go to Help.ben.m google it and install you carrier settings reset the u have it working 100%

You dont even have to do that as long as your phone is jailbroken just install PDANET, make a ADHOC connection your PC or MAC <--which i prefer and go to your settings on your iphone search for the new network you created, connect to that wifi, then open PDANET on your iphone. Happy Tethering on 3.1.2 screw you AT&T no tethering HA!
