Talking AT&T in NYC 3G data speeds

I recently reconnected my iphone 3g, i was using a regular phone in the mean time because we all obvisouly know how expensive the plans can get and i couldn't make payments.

Long story short in the 2weeks i have been using my iphone i have been getting great 3G speeds compared to my previous experince in since the release of 3G in july until March when i disconnected the phone.

on average i have been getting around 1.1mb and 450ms latency much better than i used to get, i used to average around 500kb with 900ms latency. so i guess big blue must be doing some updates in NYC has anyone else had similar experiences in the last 2 weeks.

i attached an image of my results from speed-net. these are all on 3G.

They are improving towers every where right and setting up for 4g network everything should be back to normal in a week or so..

Speeds are good man especially in a big area like New York. They are one of the first to receive boosts. Enjoy it.
