YESSS...A3gOwner...that is what i was talking about earlier about re-provisioning the phone but couldn't remember exactly what i needed them to do...PLEASE, double check if it is VLR and let me know...THANKS!!!

Ok, so here's my update...Above is the last post i posted in this discussion about my troubles with getting my MMS capabilities to stick after upgrading from 3G to 3Gs, then swapping my SIM to a non-iphone cell, going to MyMediaNet and successful in making changes to my account, successful Sending/Receiving MMS msg's from non-iphone cell, swapping back the SIM to my iphone, and only able to send 1 MMS and receive only 1 MMS before it stopped working...WHEW!!! try saying that all in one breath...

Here's the real FUNNY part...The VERY same day i started asking questions and getting advice from you guys(girl, if it applies) i had done the whole process above for the third time and IT STUCK this time!!! I guess 3rd times a charm REALLY is a ture thing...WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!!

I LOVE i can do this FINALLY right from the native SMS app!!!

So i don't know if this helped my case but this time when i did the MyMediaNEt thing i apparently left it logged in the whole day...after i finished posting here i left my laptop on and it was running the whole day...not till the end of the day when i went to go shut it down did i realize that the MMN site was still open...So now i can MMS still since the 25th!!!

The only other question is: Is there any restrictions on sending video?? I tried send a vid file to a friend that has a regular cell on the Verizon network and it failed...but she can send me a video ok...REALLY crappy quality but it worked...

I'm just SOOOOOOOOO HAPPY

(see i'm REALLY HAPPY) that i DIDN'T have to call and deal with the AT&T A-holes!!!

All my co-workers and friends are HATIN!!!!LMAO!!!

I'm getting so sick of these threads and methods(I'm not getting sick if people like the thread starter and Stealth and all you wonderful people who GIVE the advice).

I think I'm just sick of the fact that threads like these have to still exist for people to get MMS. I just want them all to go away because we pactually have MMS without having to go through all the bullcrap

/rant haha

I believe mms is limited to something like 600k or so without a data plan. I have only had a few fail due to being too big, usually when sending to someone without data.

I have had all models from release date till the new one came out. I have had a 8GB iPhone, 16GB iPhone, 16GB iPhone 3G, and a 32GB iPhone 3GS

^ Yea, when I buy a new iPhone for myself I go ahead and get one for the wife too. She is still using her old 3G tho. Her 32GB 3GS has been sitting in the box since launch day.

...did I mention she's in a drawer lol. Im getting 2 more 3gs's(that looks weird) tomorrow!!!! I dont know what is wrong with me but I am so paranoid that I will screw up my phone beyond the point of no return at some point and then I wont be able to get another 3gs which is unlockable....So my paranoia has let me to 2 more 3gs'sssssssss

BTW-I have 13 different iPhones right now in my office, some im fixing up, others are testers
