Default iPhone 3G(S) can we return it ? and avoid the early termination fee if so?

just wondering, if i return it under a week there will be a 10% restocking fee right?

but i wont have to pay a early termination fee?

right now im on a 2G if i return the 3g s for some reason, i could simply go back to my 2g iphone plan without paying early termination fee on the 3g(s) correct?

Yes. You might also try asking an AT&T sales rep or calling into customer care for a 100% definitive answer.

I had no activation fee but they did toss in a 18$ upgrade fee on my account. I just got mine yesterday after a week wait, on my b-day. So good timing lol.

^Yeah if your existing I believe the "upgrade" fee takes the place of the "activation" fee.
