Question about Preorder after June 19

I was just wondering how long it may take for the 3gs to come in when preordering after June 19 from ATT. I know it says 7- 14 days but the ATT guy said probably shorter time. The 2 Apple stores near me had them in but every time I went they had lines which I didn't fully feel like standing in. I pre-ordered on Monday.
