Default Ipcc carrier file gets deleted after reboot

I finally got MMS working on 3.0 beta 5 in a weird way, I loaded stealthbravos ipcc file for AT&T, then I had to turn off wifi and disable 3G. Now if I reboot my iPhone it loses the capability of MMS, the tether option and apn settings are still there but no camera in message body or option for MMS on or off in the messages tab. It's like they over wrote the carrier file I updated.

^ Just ssh the carrier bundle in. Then there is no question.

If you have trouble with itunes updating your ipcc, you can ssh the carrier settings into the phone.

Download the AT&T Bundle files here and unzip.

    Navigate to /private/var/mobile/library/Carrier Bundle.bundle

Replace files in Carrier Bundle.bundle with the ones downloaded in the ATT_US Folder.

tried that also but I tried it when it got deleted and it didn't change anything. I will try it as soon as I reboot this time. One thing I did this time was not update carrier settings in iTunes after upping to 3.0. I will report findings. Thanks for all the help. Also do I need to set the premission on the bundle file? If so, what premission?

I read that it was the baseband wasbt combatible with 2.2.1 and i can not downgrade as my bootloadder is 6.02 thats why the 3g side would work on downgrade

five times a charm, i used the new 8.2 itunes to update to beta 5 and used 8.2.10 to update carrier ipcc this time instaed of using the 8.2.10 for everythng and it seemed to do the trick. i have rebooted many times and even let the battery die then recharge and all is still there.
Also itunes 8.2 works great and is really fast at syncing and jail break iphone works fine on it. thanks for all your help. now i just need a video recorder that works with 3.0 beta 5!!!
