Do you think AT&T will have a deal if you already own an iPhone and would like to upgrade to the new iPhone that I guess will be released on June sometime.

They will most likely let you upgrade at a discount price with a new 2 year contract commitment.

It'll probably be similar to the early upgrade pricing that's in place now. Considering AT&T won't normally let a iPhone 3G owner replace a 3G at the cheap ($199/$299) prices, this policy won't change much.

I'd watch your upgrade eligibility status online and see if it changes in the next month... that'd be a clue.
