No service anywhere..?

Anyone else have the problem where your phone doesn't get service for periods of time no matter where you are?

I know that when I first got the phone I would drop calls like it was my job. (Maybe 7-8 a day, no joke) but now sometimes it'll be like an hour where I get no service. And randomly it'll comeback even if I stay in the same spot.

I have an original 1st Gen iPhone

And advice would be appreciated!

Maybe your sim card is a bit loose in the tray. One trick is to place a piece of tape on the back of the sim to make it fit snugger in its tray.

I have issue with my 3G while I am at work....It drops services an has no data either, and it maybe like that for half the day.

This seems to work so far.
Didn't really think it would but so far I haven't dropped a call today, and I did it this morning before school.
