I just got my iphone and now for some reason it wont connect to the 3g here in San Antonio. It just stays in the EDGE network. I have searched for answers in other forums. The 3g will work only if i turn the 3g off and then back on then i comes up 3g for like a min or less and then it goes back to EDGE. Any solution? Have no problem with wifi.

I'm on the southside but last night i was in northest and it just stays on edge the enitre time. I know its not 3G area cause I was sitting next to someone with same phone and they had 3g. Do you think that SBSettings and and BossPrefs are fighting eachother? If i flip the switch to 3G off and then back on it shows 3G and they goes back to the E
You can run sbsettings and bossprefs at the same time. Did this just start? How long have you had your iphone before this started? Did it start this after jailbreaking? More information.
well i would imagine it started after jail breaking lol I only had the phone for an hour and then jailbroke it. As soon as my number piplined in from verizon it was go time. but yea here is a list of all things installed:
normal stuff, installer, cydia, aim, awesomeball, drinks free, falling balls, fixster, free wifi, google earth myspace, oneconnect pandora, remote, shazam, skype, sudoku tap tap revendge translator, yahoo, docs, easywake up lite, backgrounder, RDP, winterboard, bossprefs, player, dTunes, Terminal, Stanza, SpoofApp, I watcher.
