Guide: MMS and Tethering working with AT&T on 3.0 iphone

Hello everyone - I need some help. I don't need help on ATT's side - my account is provisioned for using MMS. I simply need help getting the camera icon back on my phone.

It was on and working fine after updating to ATT 5.0 ipcc, but then I put a O2 sim into my phone - (which used MMS), and when I put my ATT one back in, MMS went away. I have tried updating to the 5.0 carrier file again but it still is not showing up.

Basically, I need help enabling the MMS feature on the iPhone. I have already tried the updated carrier file. And I do not need help with my ATT account, just enabling the little MMS button on the phone!

after updating your ipcc, did you make sure to reset your phone? Also sometimes the mms on/off tab is reset to off in the messaging settings.

Yes and Yes. all that is in the messaging is just 'show message preview' and the option to have a second alert.

I love how my company (tmobile) has visual voicemail, yet wont give it to us iphone users. Your company, has MMS, but wont give it to iphone users...

i know a simple and very fast way to install the bundles and do everything thru your phone no itunes needed i use it all the time and it enables tethering and puts the mms options there and i happen to know some1 from my att days that has snooper acces but check this place out on your iphone browser unlockit.co.nz ENJOY!!!!

P.S.S sometimes it wont install but works more often then not

Tried both the AT&T and Cingular settings from your site. MMS quit at the 90% mark. Will continue to try.

Its not any different than the hundreds of web APN Changers posted around the net. AT&T must still enable MMS on their end.

i still dont understand why MMS wouldnt be on the phone when it very first came out? what camara phone doesnt have picture messaging... ive even seen phones without camaras receive pic messages
