Does iPhone data plan cover Media Net?

Okay, my phone is currently screwed up. So, I picked up a p.o.s. phone and threw in my sim. Now what I am wondering is if I browse AT&T's Media Net or use an instant messenger will I be charged extra for data usage? Or will I be set because currently I am paying still for the iPhone data plan?

You should be covered. I have switched back and forth from a Blackjack II to the iPhone and never have been billed. Data is data. The only issue I might see is if you are using a 3G SIM in a 2G iPhone and only paying for a 2G data plan and then decide to put the SIM in a 3G phone.

I have the iPhone 3G so I'm paying for a 3G plan. I forgot to mention that sorry. Thanks for the info though.
