well from my understanding we need the tracker disabled and WAP push enabled. Can you do this for us? And please some one correct me if im wrong.

You just need to change the plan the person is on to the MediaNet unlimited package and not the iPhone package.

In order to do this the iPhone IMEI must come off the account and then things just start to go wrong

Most definitely I had them do that once, not only did it not work for long but I almost got charged with this astronomical bill.
