SWIRLY does work on AT&T
I have the latest SWIRLY with 1.1.4 and AT&T. I was on an individual plan and always got the "Service Denied" error everytime I tried to send a picture. So, I switched over to the family plan and added the family unlimited text/mms and everything works like a charm now. I can send/receive mms.

I don't understand this whole thing with AT&T and mms. I have the family plan also when I go online to my account I have unlimited internet/media Net and under messaging I have IMB UNLTD SMS/MMS DOM, whatever that means. there's letters and numbers under the included part if you know what I mean but I'm sure that has no relevants.

Do you pay more for the family plan?

I have 1.1.3 and the family plan and the latest swirly version and it doesnt work. I have tried several different ways. What settings are you using? mmsc? proxy? APN? Username? and Passowrd? I have called cingular and even the ones they have given me does work and they somehow differ from what I have read on the swirly website? I am at a loss!!

all you need to do is add MMS to your plan, no family plan or anything like that is necessary

So basically all the t-mobile users don't have to pay more (like 25¢ per mms) but even the people with a single line plan on ATT and unlimited messaging get screwed? Lovely.

yea b/c the messaging package the regular iphone individual plans have are just for text, its not provisioned for mms b/c the iphone wasn't supposed to be able to do it. Now the person that had the family plan, his only works b/c he has a feature on his plan called family messaging, which includes text, audio, video. The family text package basically adds the necessary features for all the phones even the iphone if you have swirly mms to send and receive mms.
