Before I just go and get a used 2g iPhone off CL or whatever, I had a question.

If i get the iPhone off Apple's site, and deliberately fail the credit check to get on a prepaid plan, could I theoretically never use the prepaid plan, and jb/unlock and go to t-mobile?

Are there any recurring monthly fees on prepaid? other than the $35 one-time activation fee?

If you have an iphone you can use it on tmobile or att prepaid
