Help buying refurb iPhone 3G.

I was wondering, Does AT&T sell refurb iPhone 3G's at their store? Cause I want to set up a family plan with my dad and I, but I'm going to set up my 2G to the family plan then send it to him. Now on the online store it asks me to add another phone, but i don't want to, and because of that i can't buy the iPhone online. Now i need your guy's expertise to help me in my dilemma. Thanks in advance.

just buy the iphone with a single line and when you receive it, change your line to family plan and add the 2g to it...it should work..

cheap and unopened iphone don't go together there champ.

But your best bet would be craigslist. They aren't nearly as inflated as eBay, but they are high priced.
