Can someone help me ASAP with AT&T BILL
Hi. I have 3G wiith 450min - unlimited texting and the data plan. My bill is $230 this is because I ran over some mins, and there is two bills there. I signed up not a while ago so it's first and last bill I guess or something like that. I'm sorta broke right now, had to spend tons of money on something more important than my bill. Now, due date was Nov 30th or 31st - I'm not sure. I upgraded my plan to 900 mins which would cost me around $110. This is too much, but at this point I have no choice but to keep this $110 a month plan until dev team releases software unlock so I can go with t-mobile.
My question to you AT&T users, if I don't pay this bill $230 in a week or two, will they cut down my service until I pay or will they allow me to pay when I get my paycheck. I get paid every other Friday, so I will get paid next Friday, not this coming up Friday.
Thanks

Call 611 and they will usually work with you, especially if you aren't usually bad about paying late.

Yeah dude your bill may be high because they bill data plans one month in advance.
Example:
You sign up for $30 iPhone data plan, you get billed 60 dollars because they bill you in advance by a month. Kind of like a deposit you put on an apartment when you move in. Catch my flow? Call in nonetheless maybe they can work with you.Android user suffering from iPhone withdraw.

I am an AT&T costumer since 1996 when AT&T used to be Bellsouth Mobility. I am not sure if it is because of the time I have being a costumer for them, but my phone never gets cut off when I forget to pay the bill. There was one time I even forgot to pay for 2 months in a row. All they did was send me text messages and called me to remind me that my bill is due. Again, I am not sure if this is a privilege for costumers that have being with them for 12 years like myself, or if it would apply to new costumer. I have never being charged a late fee and never have had my lines cut off. Again, I am 12 year plus costumer that usually pays on time. I have 1400 minutes on a family plan with 2 3G and a regular motorola and all I pay is $175 with all fees and taxes. Unlimited data on the 3G with 200 texts on each.
If I were you, I would called them by dialing 611 on your phone since you said you are a new costumer.

ATT is like a credit company pretty much. If you are in good standing credit wise, they know it when you signed the contract and tell them your situation. Most companies will work with you and change your due date this month. If you screw up and miss it again, you might be screwed.
