I knew the time my bill was due and always pay it accordingly.
Secondly, if you go to BEST BUY and sign a contract to get another phone you should READ everything to make sure there are no errors. For all you know the REP at BEST BUY could have signed you up for a lot of useless features to get more commission.
Rule of the day:
If you are signing your name on a piece of paper make sure everything checks out.

Every piece of paper from best buy has the same addrss as my license. My first and second bill does not have tha address.
gQ if the contract and supporting paper work that I have in my hand is 100% correct but yet my billing address is incorrect hence the reason why I suspect I didnt receive the bill, how can others avoid a similar situation of reactivation fees and late fees?
If the paperwork in hand is correct, how is the customer supposed to know what information is entered into ATT systems?
The sales agent at ATT never showed me the screen or any information they entered. For all I know they could have been entering this short bald headed dumpy little F*** with the iphone is getting 2 cheap azz phones for his wife and kid, what a cheap bastard.
As far as paying bills, if you must know I pay my bills for the most part on line. But for every account I still receive a paper bill, I need something to line the bird cages with.
