US Caller ID Problems

I rely on a specific number that is calling my iPhone for work to show up. It is a land line T1 that the carrier accepts our own caller ID and works on ATT phones and other iPhones throughout my company. When it calls my cell phone since June when I signed up for ATT and showed up from one number correctly as 911-911-9111 and then the second server that calls out shows a 7 digit number as caller id (555-1235).

For the last two weeks, I have had either the first number call out with a + infront of it or both show unknown. I was on the phone with Apple and ATT and all they told me they could do was send a broadcast of my number which fixed it once and had it showing the + in front of the number when it usually showed unknown but now I am back to unknown.

Anyone have suggestions? I am in the US and this is a US number calling me.

I've been having weird caller id issues since moving to the 3G. When I make a call to someone, I show up as "Unknown" where in the past my number would show. I have made sure that show caller id is on in my settings. I'm sure this is for the same reason. At the top of my contacts page, there is a 1 in front of my number where in the past there wasn't. This is a problem because my mother screens calls and often wont pick up when it says "unknown". What is weird is I just tried calling my home number and the caller id shows up fine. Maybe its my mom's crappy caller id display?

My issue is incoming to my phone. No one has complained about my caller ID.

I have tried FW 2.0.1, 2.1, and 2.2 and still no issues all unjailbroken.

I even tried the CallerID fix from Cydia and it worked once and caused the + in front of the number to show up it seemed and back to UNKNOWN.

My phone is a personal plan with a corporate discount and I use it for work. This number is a MAJOR problem but I can not seem to get anywhere with ATT. My telco for the landline is seeing the number sent out OK and other phones are seeing it ok too. Even called a phone at ATT tech support to show them it worked and they saw the correct ID.
