    redcard does have a point. as far as the threatened goes again i state that its going to be on an opinion basis. i work customer service myself and i know how all of this works myself. nothing really will get done about this. like at all. im almost sure of it.This post is just someone who was a little shocked at the reaction he got from customer service.

    When he asked how do you know about snooper, I would have told him Edit Poseidon - Not Appropriate!

    HAHAHAHA some of the people i work with are EXACTLY like that. i personally LOVE those customers. Ones with actual brains. they make my job SOOOO much easier.

    Ya I was nice. I just cant imagine why a customer service rep would completely change the conversation and interrogate me as to why and how i know their system names and expect me to reveal names.

    I told them I will not reveal any names and any information I have used is also available on public forum and postings.

    Pretty poor customer service. Like most people, I would be happy if someone asked for something to be changed and actually knew what they were talking about.

    I am debating calling customer service and reporting it just becuase a customer should not be treated like that IMO for asking to have access to their own service and help getting it working.
