2 Questions About AT&T MMS

Ok Im about to call AT&T (well probably tomorrow cuz its late lol) and just want to clarify two things. 1) I just call regular Customer Service right or is there a specific number? 2) Do you pronounce WAP as a word or just say W A P Push? Thanks

You can call 611 from your iPhone and it'll go right to Customer Service. Most of the reps I've talked to pronounce it WOP even though it's spelled with an A. They're not going to care how you say it though.

Just make sure you get it changed on both tabs, that's probably going to require a transfer to Tech Support.

Which Tabs? Do I just say "I would like WAP Push enabled on both tabs" or do i have to give more detail?

They kept asking me where I know this info once I told them how to enable it and refused to do it for me.

The guy I got was actually impressed that I knew what was going on. He seemed to think it was funny. Just say that the customer support rep you talked to said it need enabled on the two tabs and that they didn't have the rights to do it.
