ok so 2 weeks ago the att network for my area was down for about 24 hours...not calling no texting no internet surfing. Now ever sense then when i try to use safari the webpage gets about half way loaded and then i get a pop up saying the server has quit responding, even if its just something as simple as google. Same thing when trying to refresh cydia, it wont display home page or download new packages. It almost seems to me like edge is in some kind of recovery mode. There have been a few times where it will load the website but its very very slow. I have tried restarting my phone, un checking themes in winterboard, but i havent restored yet. Anybody have any ideas?

P.s i have huges net at my house so if it rains or clouds up then my internet goes out so i have tethered edge to my computer a couple times before...dont know if that would matter or not.
