Good to see that there was a resolution to the issue. It seems, though, that since they made it clear that you CAN'T get ANOTHER phone replacement, you did indeed exhaust the limit of units you can buy as replacements. As to the guy on a 2 week probation, I hope he takes the time to find another job. ATT seems like a crappy place to be (at least on the salesman side of things).

I agree no matter how much money we make we don't have to take .... from the corporate giants or their employees. Fortunately they are at our mercy no matter how we decide to treat them.
