Boxxa, don't be bitter...I surely am not. Opinions are like as*holes, everyone has one.
This will be my final reply to this thread, as a meeting between everyone has occurred and a resolution to this situation has been reached.
But before I get into that, I want to thank some of you for your help. You have been very knowledgeable in this matter. The rest who have nothing to say but negative remarks...go passionately fu*k yourselves.
Instead of typing a novel, I'll make this brief. After an apology from the employee, he was placed on a 2 week suspension, and if another complaint like this occurred, he would be fired. I was sold a 3G 16GB iphone for 499.00 plus tax with the agreement that this would be the last phone I could purchase under this plan.
My point to this, is that you, the consumer don't have to take **** from the corporate giants or their employees. You have a voice. You are what makes or breaks a business...especially in these tough economic times. I could have bought one from ebay or craigslist, but decided that I wasn't going to walk away, especially after the way I was treated. No matter how much money we make, always remember that we started on minimum wage and worked our way up.
After all this ******** that has happened, I'm waiting for my billing cycle to end and canceling the contract. All of this was done for the principle of the matter.
I know I promised this wasn't going to be long, but hey...when you have something to say, you have something to say. Take care and thanks for listening.
