how should i sell my at&t phone? how it is or jailbreak it?

does jailbreaking it unlock it also?? or is that a whole different process.

jailbreaking and unlocking are 2 different things. Keep your simcard and do both.

You will get more money out of it being "unlocked", jailbroken is just a nice touch.

If you do sell it take out the sim card. You'll need it when you use your new phone unless
you get a new carrier or new number. And Unlocked iPhones go for more money !
