Did AT&Tn shutoff my Microsoft Exchange???

So I have had exchange on my first gen iphone as well as my 3G iPhone and they have worked fine the entire time. Well yesterday around 2pm I can no longer connect to my work email via Exchange. I have never had the Enterprise plan on my phone but it has alway worked. Any input on this would be awesome.

they most likely are the culprits. I'm pretty sure exchange support is only for the 45 dollar plan
