help!! Some questions about at&t contract

I have an iPhone and would like to get out of the contract but don't want to pay the crazy fee. So is there any to get out of this without paying.

*If I unlock it would that do anything?
**if I sell the phone on eBay will that do anything?

PleAse help

Neither of these two ideas will in any way shape or form get you out of paying the termination fee. Perhaps selling an unlocked phone however can help you acquire the money to pay the fee...

Best thing to do would be to go one eBay, see how much similar iPhones are selling for (hint go to advanced search and click completed listings only) & contact AT&T and ask them how much is your termination fee.

I think if you are moving to an area where ATT does not provide coverage, they are obligated to cancel your contract for free.

You can say you are moving. I dont know if it requires proof you are moving but its worth a shot.
