And the font is larger than normal, looks to be the same Make It Mine uses. But it doesn't sound like you used that. Perhaps wherever you are/were when you saw it is an older portion of the AT&T network?

Unless someone has made their own cell network and spoofed AT&T, that'd be neat.

Yeah it just popped up for a few minuets, i took the screen shot and then it went back to normal.
