I bought an iphone on tuesday from ebay. It was advertised as unlocked. I turned the phone on I got the pineapple logo which makes me think that winpwn is installed. It also had cydia installed. When I put my sim card in it immediatly went to the "emergency calls only" screen. My sim is Cellular One which is now AT&T as of 8 months ago.

What should I do to get my non-iphone AT&T sim to work in this phone?

You already know about WinPwn, why you just just PWN the phone again, with the unlock option.

However if it was the 3G phone, there isn't a sim unlock yet.

you will need to follow the guide on this forum to pwn your phone. If you use gophone pay as you go you will need to check the bootneuter option in advanced. This unlocks the phone. I am using pay as you go NOT pick your plan. iphone works and you can buy a data plan on a monthly basis.

I am using a gophone sim card from another phone.
