Me and my sister got a family plan togther with 2 3g iphones. But when she went they were sold out so she left everything paid off and they said it would prob take 7 days till they get a new shipment. So what I want to know is would I be able to get my pre ordered iphone here in California? My sister is in Nebraska and I really dont feel like waiting for shipping aswell. Thanks

Check with AT&T, but im pretty sure you will have to receive the phone where you ordered it.
