Hi, I live in Belgium and I'm coming to the USA in august. I've read the threads about making a contract with at&t, paying the first month and canceling it for 175$, and I like that idea! That way I can use the first month while I'll be there, cancel it and get home with my iPhone!
BUT, is this possible anyway? Do I need to be an american citizen to make the contract or is a mastercard enough for At&t? Is there any other way to get a 3g in the states for me? My budget is up to 700$ for a 16gb...
