New Sim?

I never got the last iphone but i belive a sim card came with the iphone when you bought it correct? Is the new 3g iphone ganna come with one because it is not listed if it is included on the box at the apple website. Do you think i will be able to use my current sim card or do i need to use the 'iphone' one.

The new one comes with a sim preinstalled. It says on apples site for us owners to use the new sim cards and for european owners to transfer the old sim from previous iPhones to the new one

Why would US people need to use the new one I wonder? The one in all 1st gen phones came with "3G" SIM cards.

that seems wierd. i mean my sim is a 3g sim card. i wonder what is so special about the iphone sim. It might just have magical powers
