From ATT Prepaid to my other ATT Acct???

So I'm tired of the prepaid crap but my other ATT acct is on a business acct which they say is not available for iPhones. The other acct was using a Blackberry 8100.

Does anyone know a method to unlock the phone for use with my other ATT SIM? I have tried several downgrade to 1.1.1 and anysim but nothing has worked as of yet.

Perhaps this cannot be done??
