Potential iphone buyer...

currenly am with alltel...plan on getting att and getting the iphone
what steps could i take to reduce bills....any plans?..i might get with my bro as a family...but i really dont want to pay mad costs for downloading a app from installer and such...

Download, used the web, and everything else that requires online through WIFI. But if you sign up for the $20 unlimited edge network you can do it anywhere wifi or not, but edge is SLOW!

I would buy an iPhone... unlock it.. and use on t-mobile if i were you and worried about monthly charges. That way you can pick any plan you want and then add the $5.99 t-zones for UNLIMITED data.

so i could get any plan for tmobile...and for 6 bucs more i could get unlimted internet and such?....how fast is the tzone?...and can i just walk in there with iphone and tell them hey give me a plan?...lol

Well you walk in there and have them activate a SIM card with any plan plus t-zones. Then pop it in your unlocked iPhone and you're good to go. The phone will be limited to Edge data transfer rates with both t-mobile and AT&T so you don't get an advantage either way.
