Visual Voicemail Problem...

OK so...

I activated my iphone...and im using my ATT employee plan which I got the unlimited data plan for 20 extra bucks...

1000 anytime...1000 nw..unlimited text...and unlimited data...$40 monthly

Im using my old Cingular SIM card...

I touch the voicemail button and it goes directly to my voicemail and asks for my password..it has not asked me once to set up Visual Voicemail...

I really dont want to cal ATT to resolve this...i dont want to risk losing this plan...anyone have ideas on how to set it up?

the exact same thing happened to me
unfortunatly u have to call at&t cuz the have to activate the visual vm

Have you received a voicemail yet? I couldn't set mine up until I got my 1st Voicemail. Once I had it then I was able to set everything up. I never had to call ATT. Good luck.
