Mms issues

I just got an iphone5 on ios6, att, factory unlocked on tmobile. I've set up cellular, and mms apn settings on it, I am able to receive pics, but not send. Getting msg send failure. Tried sending to myself, same issue. I've exhausted what I know.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your certain you have the correct APN settings? Here's a link to T-Mo recommended setup.

I wanted to add to this, I'm also having mms issues, I have an iPhone 4S on AT&T however sending mms through iMessage doesn't actually deliver, although it says delivered, it's only on iMessage that I'm having issues with mms

Thanks blkcadi, very informative and I'll try it out when I replace the one I have. Speakerphone isn't working properly.

There is a bug in the link that blkcadi posted. In step 7, the APN should be epc.t-mobile.com. Otherwise, the send will fail. This fix only works on iOS 5, but not iOS 6, though.
