problem with dailing vmail iphone 4s

ive been using my 4S since oct with no issues until recently.

about a week ago, when i press my vmail button it goes to this visual voicemail screen.



i can not dail from the vmail button within the phone app

however, if i dail from vmail from my contact list it is fine.

i cant fix this until a reboot.

however, after a reboot, i get the cannot connect to vmail screen until i go back to the key pad and dial in:

**5005*86*+18056377243#

then vmail button works for a few hours.

after a few hours, back to the visual vmail screen and no way of dailing vmail from the button.

any ideas?

Do you happen to have a carrier bundle installed?

Let me know if you can successfully change your voicemail password by going into the following menu: Settings > Phone > Change Voicemail Password

This screen decided to pop up again 5-6 months ago for me while testing visual voicemail.

Also, send the following text message to "122" -> "Activate:dt=5" Do no include the quotation marks

no , i can not change the greeting or password thru the visual vmail screen. what does that 122 msg do?
