iPhone 5 Help

Ok Guys I bought a brand new iPhone 5 on Ebay but when I open the box I can't go pass the activation screen its asking for the persons zip code and passcode I paid on Ebay to get it unlock I wanted to know if I do a restore on iTunes will his account go away and I can just stick the Tmobile sim on the phone and be good to go TIA

I would do a dfu restore and set it up new. U will have to restore it to get the unlock to work any ways.

I'm Having issues I restored my iPhone Put it my sim card and Its still asking me for the other person zip code and last 4 of social I can see the signal lines in left corner of the phone but cant go past the activation screen and another thing iTunes is not saying that I'm unlocked what should I do any suggestions Plaese Help

Your phone is still lock...... unlocked first(i mean NCK unlocked) restore in itune and sangwhoala.

assuming its an ATT phone, cant you use any ATT sim to activate?
