GEVEY Ultra S won't work on iPhone 4S T-Mobile

I'm on the 5.1 iOS unlocked with the Gevey. Can anyone confirm if I can upgrade to 5.1.1 iOS with the Gevey unlock??? Please help sumbody

Hi guys. I'm having exactly the same issues, using Gevey Ultra S with a cutted tmobile SIM card, and it always in a loop: "Unlocked" -> "Searching" -> "No service" and some times it takes more than 30minutes to start working. Changing the SIM card solved the problem?

Just jumped into this thread and saw peeps cutting there SIMM cards...just walk into tmobile with ur phone and say u need a SIMM card for it. Did it coue days ago and now running my iPhone 4s bb 4.0.12 with all features and jail broke. Tell them yr switching phones and need a SIMM card to fit it. No charge and no cutting.

I'm running newest updates on 4.0.12 bb with full SMS, mms and jb.

No charge? Today I tried to change for a micro sim and they wanted to charge me 20$! I just got a new normal sim for free, hope it solves my problems

Neuro, are you unlocked with the Gevey?

The micro sim IS $10, I was told but since I got new prepaid service it was free..

I watched a youtube video about using gevey ultra s with a tmobile sim the guy had a tmobile sim but he said it wouldn't work because he didn't have a data plan with Tmobile i guess just prepaid phone calls so I'm wondering if it might be the problem your having and wondering if I will have the same problem too since I don't have a data plan either.
