Go into settings then FaceTime and make sure it's on and you have your appleid etc setup right. Same goes for iMessage.

It shouldn't show a number. Does it say anything like waiting for activation, activated or anything like that?

Unsuccessful been like that for a long time , but works on wifi am on Tmobile bye the way
Just turned them off on says waiting for activation now
Should I turn Wi-Fi off
